Tammi is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 19 years of clinical experience and a strong background in mental health, substance use treatment, and primary care.

Tammi believes that meaningful care begins with listening. She takes the time to understand each patient’s unique experiences, concerns, and goals while creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and involved in their treatment.

Her approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care and medication management with an understanding of the connection between mental and physical health. Tammi has extensive experience treating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions.

Above all, Tammi strives to meet patients where they are and work alongside them toward greater stability, improved well-being, and lasting recovery.

She sees clients aged 14 and older.  She participates BCBS PPO and is in the process of contracting with Aetna, Cigna, Compsych, and United.
